We are passionate about producing the finest gin possible; which is why the creation of Bombay Sapphire is truly unique. Whilst ordinary gins boil their botanicals directly in the spirit to achieve their flavour, the taste of Bombay Sapphire is created through the Vapour Infusion process.  The 10 precious botanicals used in our gin are held separate from the spirit in perforated copper baskets, and when the heated vapours rise, the distinctive flavour of the botanicals are released. The result? A complex aromatic liquid that delivers a broader, more balanced flavour.

Life is too glorious not to explore the odd delights of Hendrick's, a handcrafted gin distilled in Scotland. No gin tastes like it because no gin is make like it. The propriety recipe includes traditional botanicals such as juniper, coriander and citrus peel and the curious yet marvelous infusion of cucumber and rose petals. G’Vine is batch distilled using a neutral grape spirit and fresh whole-fruit botanicals in France’s Cognac region. While the region may be known as the birth place of centuries-old distillation practices using the Ugni Blanc grape variety, in modern times G’Vine was the first to use it as a base spirit for gin. This specific type of grape is recognised for its adaptability to the distillation process and is high in acidity and neutral in flavour. More commonly associated with brandy, it is this unconventional grape-based spirit that gives the G’Vine duo their distinct character

Gold is a complex gin in which resin (juniper), citric (tangerine), fresh flowers (violet flowers, gentian violet and poppies), spicy (ginger, coriander) and balsamic aromas (almonds and vanilla) live together and blend with Angelica root to balance. A delicate hint of juniper in the bottom through which tangerine and fresh flowers notes emerge powerfully to balance a nice end of almonds and vanilla, thus making Gold an authentic adventure for the most expert and curious palates.
