Bulleit Bourbon is made with small-batch techniques inspired by those pioneered by Augustus Bulleit over 150 years ago. Only ingredients of the very highest quality are used. The subtlety and complexity of Bulleit Bourbon come from its unique blend of rye, corn, and barley malt, along with special strains of yeast and pure Kentucky limestone filtered water. Due to its especially high rye content, Bulleit Bourbon has a bold, spicy character with a finish that's distinctively clean and smooth. Tasting Notes: ​Medium amber in color, with gentle spiciness and sweet oak aromas. Mid-palate is smooth with tones of maple, oak, and nutmeg. Bulleit Rye is an award-winning, small batch, straight rye whiskey with a character of unparalleled spice and complexity. Released in 2011, it continues to enjoy recognition as one of the highest quality ryes available. Ruby red with a gold-tinged rim. Deep, vibrant colour. Complex nose. It retains the ripe red-berry fruit aromas of blackberries, blueberries, and black plums extraordinarily well. Gradually it opens up to reveal smoky, toasted wood nuances, with spices and hints of minerals and tobacco.Smooth mouth-feel, with sweet, polished tannins. A long, elegant, perfumed finish with final hints of coffee with chocolate. Ruby-red colour with a golden rim. Bright and deep. Complex aromas. There is a great balance between the fruit (cherries, black plums, ripe blackberries) and the clean nuances coming from the wood (clove, pepper, vanilla and coconut). The nose is further enriched by the aromas that develop during bottle ageing. Smooth and balanced on the palate with a full, elegant feel and a long, lingering finish. A cherry red colour, suggestive of a vibrant Tempranillo wine. On the nose, its rich aromas have a pronounced intensity with an initial scent of ripe red fruit followed by gentle sweet notes of vanilla and spices. On the palate it is perfumed, soft and fresh with a long finish that leaves memories of red fruit, vanilla and cocoa

Pale yellow colour, with greenish glints, very clear and bright. The wine must be left in the glass for a few moments in order let it open and show its complexity. Initially, the fruity character highlights enhancing the green apple and the pear, giving way to that floral side, with white blossom such as magnolia and acacia, and subtle notes of honey, some spice and a slight toasting. In the mouth it is silky and fresh, easy to drink and has a good finish

A polished cabernet blend, with pure varietal aromas of currants and raspberry with a whiff of cedar. ​Fruit characters are very much to the fore. The palate has a soft, willowy texture, round and succulent with firm tannins and attractive flavours of currants and leather.

Taking on the mantle of maturity, a bouquet of violets and brambley fruit complexed with brandy snaps, vanilla and tobacco. The wine evolves over time to an array of aromas that let your imagination run wild. Dense and luscious palate, which is offering immediate appeal now but will continue to develop beautifully for years to come.

Classy with vibrant fruit aromas of melon and lemons, supported with the complex peat, meal and understated vanillin aromas, which come from natural fermentation in barrel. The palate offers a wonderful combination of restraint and richness. The lingering flavours mirror the nose, and are framed with poised acidity and a textural mid palate.

Pale straw in colour. Heady aromas of lemon blossom, snowpeas and lemon thyme are enhanced by a hint of sweet orange sherbert. The full, textured palate displays grilled asparagus, a flamboyant squeeze of citrus and a hint of dried herbs. It finishes long and focused with vibrant and cleansing acidity.
