The base recipe of Karl Tanqueray is an enticing blend providing herbal notes of juniper, angelica, sweet root, and coriander. In this case, the dominant ingredient is the herb lovage, which gives this gin a unique and distinctive character. Lovage is a plant with aromatic and earthy tones, reminiscent of something between celery and parsley. We recommend Tanqueray Lovage to anyone who wants to enjoy gin&tonic a little differently. The Glenlivet 15 Years old is the Rich & Exotic one. It's a spicier version of the original classic with a touch of smoothness. The 15 Year Old’s distinctive character is the result of selective maturation; a proportion of the spirit is matured in a selection of French Oak casks for a limited period, so as not to overpower the final result. French Oak also increases the intensity of the whisky, resulting in a richer and creamier finish. The low density of the spirit allows it to penetrate deep into the wood, imparting the expression’s distinctive spiciness. Compass Box Spice Tree is one of the most respected bottles in the Compass Box range because it balances richness, spice, and drinkability extremely well. It’s a blended malt (no grain whisky), built mainly from Highland malts and matured partly in custom French oak casks to amplify spice and texture. Compass Box Peat Monster is one of the best-known peated blended malts in Scotch. "As deep and mysterious as the loch that gives it its name” High in the hills above Ardbeg is the brooding, mysterious Loch Uigeadail (pronounced ‘Oog-a-dal’). This is the loch that supplies Ardbeg’s peat-laden water supply, and gives its name to this widely acclaimed expression. This is a special vatting of different styles of Ardbeg, marrying together its traditional deep, smoky notes the luscious, sweet, raisiny tones of old ex-Sherry casks. Ardbeg Uigeadail is non chill-filtered at high strength which retains maximum flavour and gives more body and added depth – as good as straight from the cask. ​54.2% ALC/VOL ​Non chill-filtered.

"The epitome of ‘the untamed spirit of Islay" Ardbeg tells the legend of Corryvreckan, but not as you have heard it before. We begin with Breacan, the Viking prince who fell in love with the daughter with an Islay princess and was challenged to prove his devotion by surviving three nights in the whirlpool. We follow the brave suitor into the perilous maelstrom, where one by one the three ropes which he carried to anchor his vessel were pulled asunder and thus, says the legend, Breacan perished beneath the whirlpool that now bears his name: Corryvreckan.
