The Jacob's Creek Sparkling Rosé is a non-vintage wine made from selected Jacob's Creek Chardonnay and Jacob's Creek Pinot Noir grapes displaying delicate fresh berry flavours and an attractive pink colour. Colour: Soft pink colour with a gine and persistent mousse. Aroma: The pinot noir characters are showcased in this wine, with fresh strawberry and red currant notes followed by some delicate citrus from the Chardonnay. Palate: Generous red berry and citrus fruit flavours. The creaminess provides depth and flavor. The wine finishes soft and round, with lingering berry flavours. Ideal as an aperitif, with deserts or for any occasion that calls for a celebration.
