Volare Peppermint White is obtained by the re-distillation of pepper-mint leafs. It has notable properties.   Appearance:   crystal clear.   Aroma:   fragrant, fresh, pleasant.   Taste:   unique taste of mint, persistent and refreshing.   Serving tips:   excellent straight or on the rocks, it is good in cocktails or in other mixed drinks where mint is needed, without colour changing.

Volare Triple Sec comes from a modern reinterpretation of the Rossi D'Asiago distillery's historic liqueur: the original recipe from the 1950s is revisited and rethought in a contemporary key. Pure and transparent, Volare Triple Sec captures all the essence of the sweet orange. Obtained by infusion and distillation of sweet orange peel and flavoured with delicate orange blossom aroma, this 38° liqueur releases soft citrus notes; the taste, balanced and complex, leads into a spicy and persistent aftertaste. Volare White Cacao is an aromatic liqueur obtained from the infusion of roasted cocoa beans. The color is light white, and the taste is typical of cocoa: delicate, sweet and inviting. It has an alcohol content of 20 volumes and is used in many drinks, one of the most famous being the Grasshopper cocktail.
