SAURUS SAUVIGNON BLANC
When Familia Schroeder winery was being built, workers uncovered the bones of a large herbivore dinosaur. The singularity of the find, inspired the name SAURUS for these premium set of wines.
Saurus Sauvignon Blanc features an outstanding pale-straw yellow color. This elegant wine shows citrus and white peach aromas, gently combined with pasture notes.
The mouth feel is fruity, fresh and with a lively acidity.
The name of the Saurus wines was inspired by the discovery of the fossilized bones of one of the largest dinosaurs that inhabited this land, discovered during the construction of the Familia Schroeder winery in the wild plains of Argentine Patagonia.
Saurus Sauvignon Blanc is distinguished by its striking pale straw yellow colour. Elegant on the nose, citrus and white peach aromas are combined with notes of green grass. On the palate it is fruity, fresh and with good acidity
